Accurate Painters provides free estimates which are detailed, broken down by item and include a description of work to be completed for each item. We will also provide a “scope of work” for comparison to other bids to ensure that services are the same when comparing prices. Once we start a job, the crew will have a copy of the scope of work on site for reference. While every effort is made to adhere to the work description, unforeseen snags sometimes arise.  If this happens, the original order may require a change.  Change orders are often part of a job, especially in older homes. If we come across a situation that requires us to deviate from the original work order, we notify the customer of additional work that may be necessary and provide an approximate cost. We will then request approval before moving ahead with the additional work.
